As we move into 2026, we reflect on the importance of connection between people, ideas and the spaces we share. We are honoured to have the work of Charles Hadcock displayed at Smithson Plaza.
A British sculptor with over 35 years of practice, Hadcock’s work explores the relationship between language, structure and space, capturing connection, structure and meaning and how ideas are built, interpreted and experienced. Influenced by geology, engineering and mathematics, his sculptures are enriched with subtle references to music and poetry.
His work is held in major public, corporate and private collections worldwide, continuing a legacy of sculpture that balances precision, scale and quiet poetry.
