Success Story – A Smart Sale with Carter Rose Property Group

We recently partnered with Carter Rose Property Group to market and sell a lovely 3-bedroom family home — and it’s a success story worth sharing.

The seller had already received four valuations ranging from £400,000 to £440,000, but asked for my professional opinion given my experience in the industry. After assessing the property and the market, I recommended an auction-style marketing strategy.

We listed the home at Offers Over £415,000, with a minimum acceptance of £430,000. On the day of viewings, we welcomed 14 potential buyers, resulting in 6 offers. Negotiations began immediately and concluded with a best and final offer by Tuesday morning.

The outcome? A very happy vendor now planning their onward move. Oh and the next door neighbour now preparing to market in the same manner after listing to the persuasive negotiations taking place over the fence 😳 😂.
