With One Crown Place, we’ve brought a new destination to life.

Imagined by KPF Associates, the tower hosts 246 brand new residences, rising 28 and 33 storeys into the sky.

At ground level stands a 6-storey building –home to 10,650sqm of high-quality office space –a variety of retail units and a boutique hotel and members’ club occupying Sun Street’s elegant row of Georgian terraces.

When describing One Crown Place, we often like to say it is the perfect combination of modern luxury and handcrafted tradition. But what does it mean for to be of handcrafted tradition, to be the common ground between the City and Shoreditch?

From the exterior architecture to the interior designs of the building, we have retained inspiration from the City of London’s historic past. The City of London is one of the oldest parts of the capital, having been destroyed and rebuilt twice after the Great Fire of London and World War 2.

To have a home on the historical grounds of The City whilst still being in touch with the present is a handcrafted tradition.

One Crown Place, an antidote to the capital’s ubiquitous glass towers.
John Bushell, Principal architect from described as one of the jewel in the crown. He said that our mixed-use development was envisioned as a “scheme which will transform the area with views you could see over distances.” A dramatic addition to London’s iconic skyline, the design of One Crown Place celebrates changing perceptions of what the City stands for.
