From a historic building to much-needed housing🏛️

We’ve documented Abigail Court from the early stages of construction, and now, as it nears completion, you can see how far it has come.

Our latest video takes you inside the development as this historic building is carefully transformed into temporary housing, while retaining its original character, façade and architectural features.

It’s a great example of how adaptive reuse can give historic buildings a new purpose while creating meaningful community value.

Britain’s housing crisis needs us to think differently 🤔

In his latest comment piece for Estate Agent Today, our CEO Reece Mennie explores why empty residential and commercial properties could play a much greater role in tackling the UK’s housing shortage.

With hundreds of thousands of properties sitting vacant, could redevelopment and regeneration provide a faster, more cost-effective route to creating the homes Britain needs?

It’s an approach that sits at the heart of what we do at HJ Collection.

Good luck to everyone at Hornchurch FC as they kick off their debut season in the National League tomorrow ⚽

We’re incredibly proud to have been partnered with the club for the past two seasons, supporting them through an unforgettable journey that included a title-winning campaign.

At HJ Collection, we believe in backing ambitious people, projects and communities.

Wishing the players, staff, volunteers and supporters the very best of luck for the season ahead. 👏

It’s always exciting when a project starts to reveal itself. 👀

At Cobham, the roof is now complete, the dormers are installed, and the front elevation scaffolding has come down… giving the first real glimpse of the finished development.

Plenty more progress to come. Stay tuned. 🚀
