I was lucky enough to film a short video profile with Adam last year and got a real insight into what he does. Itā€™s genuinely fascinating, so Iā€™m really looking forward to hearing more about the world of bees, beekeeping and locally produced honey.

I sometimes struggle to come up with a compelling text to accompany my posts on social media so on this one I'll just let the vendors words speak for themselves.....

What a fantastic evening at this month's North London Networking. The room was buzzing with energy, great conversations and lots of laughter as local business owners came together to build relationships, share ideas and support one another. šŸ¤

Huge thank you to our guest speaker, Anna Hussain, for a fascinating talk about the role of a McKenzie Friend and the support they can provide for people navigating family court proceedings. It was insightful and a topic many of us knew little about.

As always, it was about more than business. Great to see connections being made, ideas shared and plenty of conversation and laughs along the way. Thanks to everyone who came along and made it such a positive evening.

King's Lodge North Finchley will always be significant for me.

My very first sale after launching my business was in this development.
It had been on with a High St agent for nearly 2 years without any offers, a similar situation to many of the 14 other properties I've sold here since.

Yesterday we exchanged and completed on Flat 59, this one was the most difficult and my longest sale ever, 27 months from instruction!

I always knew it would be a challenge in need of full refurbishment and with a short lease.
It was under offer three times in all.
Two buyers pulled out, one returned for a second time before the sale collapsed again but giving up was never an option.

A great reminder that finding a buyer is just the start, getting sales over the line requires persistence, patience, and a fair amount of grit and is the part of agency which largely goes unseen.

A huge thank you to my clients for trusting me throughout, incredibly happy that we got there in the end.
