On behalf of Croydon Housing Limited, we are looking to recruit experienced and accredited Handymen/maintenance people in the local/nearby area.

Job Responsibilities:

General property maintenance, including: Small decorating works, Small plastering works, Painting, Fixing sinks falling in, Light changing/fixing, changing locks, Identifying leaks, Identifying boiler and mechanical issues, Jet washing of external areas, filing holes, Small tiling works, guttering work, assembling, lifting and moving IKEA furniture and door handle repairs.

We are based just opposite East Croydon station.

We have plenty of work available so do not hesitate to get in touch ASAP.
