Founded by Aleem Kabani and Aliya Kabani, our business is based right here in Fulham — and that matters to us. We live and work locally, and we're proud to support the community around us, including our fellow Hammersmith & Fulham businesses.

We assist London landlords manage and let their residential properties, with real expertise in portfolio management. We also have manage HMOs and small blocks of residential properties. This includes preparing budgets and managing service charges amongst other things.

We are really passionate about the work we do and getting it right for our clients. Being landlords ourselves means we understand exactly what our clients need — because we've been there too.

We’re excited to announce the launch of the new Glendower Properties website!

This is an exciting step forward for us, but it represents much more than simply giving our website a fresh new look.

Over the past period, we’ve been putting the groundwork in place for the next stage of Glendower Properties — improving our processes, strengthening the way we work and making sure we have the right foundations to continue growing.

There are 2 days to go until the deadline to serve the Renter’s Rights Act information sheet to all private tenants.

You or your agent need to serve the document by 31 May by email as an attachment to your tenants to avoid hefty fines. You can also post the document but you need to have proof it’s been delivered.
