We are a fast growing maintenance business based in North London. We are looking for a full time plumber with Gas Safe registration to help establish & grow the business.

We only want candidates looking to progress their career & help grow a business.

Hours 8am - 5pm (overtime available)

We provide reactive maintenance to a very high standard & have built an enviable reputation with it's clients as the 'go to' company to get things done & resolve difficult problems quickly.

We operate a high end web based system to ensure works are carried out to exact specifications. All engineers receive & send information in real time through their phone or PDA. Training will be provided.

You must have at least 5 years experience working in plumbing & heating

Be competent and skilled in working on domestic hot, cold plumbing and heating systems.
Boiler installs
Boiler break downs
Boiler gas safety checks / boiler servicing
Power flushing central heating systems
Vented / Unvented hot water systems Installs / maintenance
All general plumbing systems - to include minor plumbing works like tap changes, toilet siphon & flushes & leaks.
Own hand tools / power tools
Clean driving licence
Good spoken and written English
Be polite, patient and respectful
Excellent time keeping

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

The type of Electrical work required is:

Reactive Electrical Maintenance
Routine Electrical Maintenance
Full rewire of residential property
Working on residential portfolios
Issue EICR reports
PAT testing
To be suitable for this role you will need;

Own hand tools
Hold a full clean Driving License – Company vehicle will be provided
Have at least 5 years’ experience with Level 3 City & Guilds Qualifications.
Good communication skills, excellent time keeping and a professional manner.
Prepared to work with in house IT software (with training).
