As you know our intentions and plans were to establish a crowdfunding platform for property developments here in the UK. However, the legal complexities and cost proved too high.

We have now opted to look abroad and specifically Somaliland where some of us have gained positive experience in property development.

New Proposal

We want to establish a property development company that will target medium and low cost housing in Somaliland.

The key elements of the model are:
(1) We will buy suitable piece of land
(2) develop suitable and affordable homes for sale
(3) sign up with local Islamic lender to finance our clients
(4) Repeat the process again

Research base Approach

We have done the necessary market research, consulted with architects and engineers, talked to experienced builders both in Somaliland and Kenya, started conversation with local banks and shopped for the right modern building technology and machinery.

INVESTMENT

The company is offering limited number of participating shares to raise the required initial capital. Once the target is reach we will not admit new members.
