🏡 Another successful rental result from the Andrea & Co team.

This fully managed property has now been successfully let twice by John and Steven.

It was first marketed in April 2025 and let within one month, with tenants remaining in the property for approximately one year. After being re-marketed in March 2026, the property attracted 8+ viewings during the second marketing period.

With challenging market conditions in the local area, two price reductions were made to keep the property competitive and regain traction. This proactive approach helped secure a successful let in July 2026.
