We are noticing that the prices are high at the moment, while stock is low, particularly outside of London and landlord's are not ready to negotiate the price down. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

As one of the Estate Agents told us recently: "It's a landlord's market"⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Well, our clients are mostly international students. And?
