A normal day for an inventory clerk will be to arrange the assignments they have for the day on their diary, head out to their 1st job to collect keys for access to the property or meet the tenants/landlords/agents at property for access, conduct the Inventory report taking special attention to the meters ensuring meter readings are recorded each time without fail, recording of keys handled & what was done with the keys. Then moving onto your next assignment.

Minimum of 1 year experience preferred

Own vehicle with clean driving licence or Public transport.

Own smart phone/ipad/android tablet capable of taking good quality photos.

Fluent spoken and written English.

Your own liability insurance.

Be able to work most Weekends and holidays.

Experience of using software advantageous.

Excellent communication skills.

Be highly organised with an impressive attention to detail.

Have excellent time management skills.

Ability to sometimes work to tight timescales

A very good eye for detail.

Punctual and reliable.

Hold FB1 & FB2 keys
