Barrons London are seeking an experienced Senior Property Administrator to join their team in their Central London Office. Barrons London are a start up company and the candidate must be career driven and motivated.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the general running of the business day to day assisting with general issues. You will be front of house greeting Landlords and dealing with phone calls and emails.
Responsibilities
Manage property inventory, assisting tenants with day to day enquiries/ Logging maintenance jobs with the maintenance team and communicating with the tenants and landlords to ensure all issues are resolved.
Respond to emails and incoming calls accordingly
Deal with company day-to-day expenses.
ordering stationary for office/ day to day upkeep of stock.
Recording all company expenses.
Qualifications
1 - 3 years of property experience
At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
Salary & Benefits
20k - 25k - depending on experience
Company car + fuel allowance
