Introducing our latest dressed residence - a duplex by

With a dual aspect across the quiet bustle of Garrison Square and the greenery of Mulberry Square, Studio Squire has created a home that feels simultaneously characterful and calm, with a connection to the gardens beyond.

A studio known for balancing personality with restraint, there is much to catch the eye: bespoke walnut joinery, rich terracotta upholstery, a Sussy Cazlet tapestry sourced by .people a vintage Swedish pendant hangs above the contemporary dining table, a generous coffee table by and two statement lamps. Carefully composed, every piece has earned its place.

The breakfast bar is a favoured moment, perfectly positioned for a quiet morning coffee, with views towards Garrison Chapel and the square beyond.

On the lower level, a private terrace is accessible from both bedrooms. The principal bedroom is soft and restful draped in neutral shades, the second is finished in a tonal mix blues.

There is a a garden outlook from every room in this residence creating a home that balances the energy of its surroundings with a sense of retreat.

The Garden Squares at Chelsea Barracks belong to that tradition, they are a continuation of this great tradition and it is a contribution to London we are immensely proud of. Over 40% of the Chelsea Barracks estate is dedicated to landscape in a city where space is so fiercely prized.

And that’s a wrap on the Chelsea Barracks Spring Fair 2026

Returning last week alongside the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and the brilliant Belgravia in Bloom, this quiet corner of London was once again transformed into a springtime celebration awash with florals amid some much welcome sunshine.

Now a firmly established and cherished fixture of the London summer calendar, the fair brought together artisan makers, seasonal blooms, bespoke homeware and garden inspiration in honour of the season. Curated in collaboration with House & Garden, visitors joined us across four glorious days amongst the gardens of Chelsea Barracks.

From beautifully crafted pieces to thoughtful design, the fair celebrated the extraordinary creativity of British artisans today - all enjoyed at a wonderfully unhurried pace, with delicious bites from The Campaner and Entree, alongside chilled aperitifs courtesy of The Peninsula London.

Our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated, contributed and came along to our fête this year. Until next spring.

Step into a world of floral fantasy at Belgravia in Bloom. ✨🌸

Chelsea Barracks is proud to be part of the much-loved flower festival, themed ‘Fairy Tales in Belgravia’, a magical celebration brought to life through extraordinary floral displays inspired by imagination and otherworldly charm.

Expect enchanted forests, whimsical fairies and iconic storybook characters transforming the streets of Belgravia and Whistler Square where we have created ‘The Fairy Bridge’.

Designed in collaboration with LVF Studio and Haines Collective, this exquisite installation combines fresh florals with handcrafted flowers created from luxury fabric offcuts thoughtfully repurposed by Haines Collective to ensure beautiful materials never go to waste.

Handcrafted by talented makers and envisioned by one of London’s leading floristry studios, The Fairy Bridge is a temporary piece of immersive art, playful, beautiful and transporting visitors into another world through mist, sound and sensory storytelling.

At Chelsea Barracks we work with the very best interior designers in the country, studios who approach each project not as a formula but as an opportunity to create something genuinely distinctive.

Every home here is treated as a one off. We appoint designers who understand how to design within a contemporary setting in one of London’s most established neighbourhoods, bringing a clear point of view, deep craftsmanship and an ability to balance character with modern life. The result is a collection of interiors that feel individual, layered and enduring but never generic.

A perfect example is this seven-bedroom townhouse at Whistler Square designed by Banda. Fully dressed yet unmistakably lived in, the house captures Banda’s philosophy of quiet luxury, spaces designed to be used, enjoyed and relaxed into rather than preserved.

Spanning six storeys and stretching 10 metres wide, the architecture offers a 21st century interpretation of a Georgian townhouse complete with cornicing, architraves and symmetry, while seamlessly integrating modern comforts including a lift, gym, pool, wine cellar and cinema. Banda’s approach softens the scale through materiality, texture and storytelling.

Furniture and finishes are carefully balanced. Contemporary pieces sit alongside vintage originals sourced through trusted global dealers, layered with bespoke designs created specifically for the house.

As Banda founder Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi puts it, true luxury is designing for the way people actually live. That ethos of authenticity, comfort and longevity sits at the heart of how we curate interiors across Chelsea Barracks.
