Many months of preparation, studying and research have led to this moment.

Together with my wonderful mentor Hayley Andrews from I have created in the UK. During the past week we have gone though deals, visited construction sites, refurbished properties and houses that are live on the market.

We have fine-tuned strategies, worked through the goals, mastered in-depth area research so my due diligence is always up to industry standard, gone over my business plan, repeated the numbers over and over to be able to identify profitable deals that cashflow, and most important of all .. I have met all of my local power team. I had lengthy conversations with my accountant, broker, solicitor, surveyor, architect, sourcing agent, letting agent and exchange specialist.

Next step is looking for my first investment property.

Trading. Is it something for you ?
The market goes up and down, you might win or loose. Or it might crash like it did last week with the Coronavirus.

Is this how the stock exchange works though ? What if I told you there is a mathematical system that drives the economy. What if I told you based on mathematics the Coronavirus dip could have been predicted as a results of the 2018 dip.

Trading is a numbers games. Pattern detection and mastering your emotions if you want to be successful. It’s a very lucrative investment if you want to save up some extra capital.

My first trade after the weekend generated 75%. A true eyeopener.

I'm a curious person, so when I'm learning something new I find it important to choose who you are learning from. For that reason I was tremendously happy that my wealth coach JT FOXX invited me onto the stage to talk property investment with titans of the industry Hugh Hilton, George ross, Frank McKinney.

Hugh, famous for the Hilton Hotels, started out in property but spends his days now buying and selling companies. He taught me to be a problem solver if you want to make a difference in business.

George, who has been the brain behind the Trump property empire, taught me to delegate. Not to become an expert in every field but to use other people's expertise.

Frank transforms and decorates houses for the ultra rich. The additional value, and what distincts him from his competition, is what creates his success.

Being able to listen, learn and network with such successful and influential people is a tremendous asset. Ever since I'm being coached by them to make sure I can implement their knowledge in my own company. For this I'm very grateful.
