A beautiful bathroom doesn’t just happen.
We’re currently overseeing a full refurbishment for our client based abroad. This means every decision, every delivery, every detail falls to us. This week, the imported tiles were delayed and would have affected the deadline — so we stepped in and brought them to site ourselves.
This is the part of our work that rarely gets seen (and rightly so). The coordination, the problem-solving, the insistence on getting it right. All so that when our client returns to their London home, the only thing they will notice is their beautiful new bathroom.

The work we do for our clients extends beyond the property itself. Recently, we sourced and placed a Senior House Manager for a private household. This is not simply matching skills to a role, but ensuring the right fit for the home as a whole. Our close understanding of the household’s rhythm and requirements meant we were able to introduce someone who could integrate seamlessly from day one.
