In the light of recent violence is it not fair to demand extra security for all places of worship including churches, temples, synagogues and meeting places in addition to just mosques. The entire community and population does not want our country to descend into hatred and violence on our streets. It should be peace and safety for all people regardless of race, age, health, culture or sexual persuasion. I was disgusted to see a senior officer in our army stabbed more than 70 times by a man who claims mental problems. Also, the police must behave with neutrality and impartially to maintain law and order. Two tier policing is a cop out used by politicians like Sadiq Khan to do what he wants. The law and state must be above reproach and the government must protect all its citizens. EDL has not existed for at least 7 years but our PM and politicians keep blaming it and the far right for starting all these protests. Well what about ordinary hard working and tax paying British people who have been ignored while immigrants from countries with no connection to Britain come here and demand in no uncertain terms that they deserve immediate housing of a high standard, healtcare, dentistry, education and employment regardless of whether they are qualified or have a good command of English
All of a sudden politicians are taking an interest when for so many years they have been stone deaf. We need a calm, peaceful.and listening approach to those who love this once green and pleasant land. It is currently looking like a war zone in some backward 3rd world tin pot Republic. We do not want to lose the "Great" that precedes "Britain."
