Very professional, and friendly estate agent. He is thorough with contracts and documents etc when moving in. We never felt like we were in the dark and there was nothing to catch us out when we signed the contract.

Inventory report was again thorough, and sent to all of us at the start of the tenancy. This made it easy when moving out as we knew exactly how to leave the flat and get our deposit back.

During the rent, he helped us with any problems promptly and never caused a fuss.

I would happily rent through Nilesh again.

On a different note, I’d like to say that I really enjoyed chatting to him at the end of the tenancy; he’s a lovely chap.
