My passion for property includes a long list of reasons, but here are just a few. I love discussing with owners what projects they plan to move forward with on their new property purchase, whether its letting the property out or transforming a property from complete disrepair into a property with beautiful bi-folding doors looking out to the garden, skylights in that entertaining kitchen or discussing how much value a side return or loft conversion could add. Discussing re generation areas that include Cross rails, converting a old warehouse into new communities, that includes 3,600 new homes and numerous commercial spaces, the new third largest financial hub in the whole of London that shall be creating 30,000 new job and much more. I love working and living within my local community as I believe if I work, eat & enjoy the local area, I believe I should give back to everyone by striving to change estate agency by giving a 5* service.
