How do we decide how to dress a property?

One of the questions we get asked most often is: "How do you know what furniture and styling to use?"

The answer is simple – we don't just stage a property based on what looks nice. We stage it with the target buyer in mind.

Before we begin any project, we speak with the estate agent to understand who is most likely to purchase the property. Knowing the typical buyer profile helps us create a space that resonates with them emotionally and allows them to imagine living there.
