The finishing touch to this 4-metre rear extension! 🏡🔨

Our latest porcelain patio installation is now complete, marking the final stage of this 4m rear house extension project! ✅

With the main house extension works finished, the final step was transforming the outdoor space with brand-new porcelain paving, creating a clean, modern patio design that perfectly complements the new brickwork and large sliding doors.

This rear extension transformation has created a fantastic indoor-outdoor living space, giving the homeowners a seamless connection between their newly extended home and garden.

From the initial structural works and construction of the extension through to the final patio paving and finishing works, we’ve managed the entire house renovation project from start to finish.

When you’re dropping a full tonne bag of sand into the back of the van, every second feels like slow motion 😂🏗️

You’re standing there watching it come down, keeping your eyes on every little movement, hoping it lands exactly where you want it. One wrong move and you could be looking at a damaged van, a broken tailgate or a very expensive mistake! 😅

It’s one of those moments on a building site where everyone suddenly goes quiet and all eyes are on the bag. The closer it gets, the more nervous you become. You trust the person operating the machinery, but that doesn’t stop you watching it like a hawk! 👀

Anyone who works in construction knows the feeling. Sometimes the simplest deliveries turn into the most stressful part of the day.

We’ve transformed this property with a hip-to-gable loft conversion, creating 3 brand-new bedrooms and making much better use of the available space.

From the structural works and new roof through to the dormer, roof tiling, insulation, plastering and second-fix carpentry, this project has completely changed the home and added a huge amount of usable living space.

Just another normal morning in the life of a builder.

Early starts, late finishes, running on caffeine and somehow convincing yourself you’re fully functioning… until you realise you’ve just been washing your face in the toilet instead of the basin 💀🚽

🏡 Full 3 Bedroom House Renovation — Complete Transformation

Another full house renovation completed, transforming this three-bedroom property into a fresh, modern home from top to bottom. 🔨✨

This project involved a complete refurbishment throughout, with a brand-new kitchen, new bathroom, renovated bedrooms and new herringbone flooring bringing the whole property together.

The new kitchen has been completely transformed into a clean, modern space with updated cabinetry, worktops, appliances, lighting and finishes. The bathroom has also undergone a full renovation, creating a much more modern and practical space with new sanitaryware, tiling and fixtures.

Throughout the rest of the property, all three bedrooms have been fully renovated and redecorated, while the new herringbone flooring adds warmth and character and gives the house a consistent high-end finish.

🏠🔨 LOFT CONVERSION PROGRESS UPDATE

A quick site walkthrough showing the latest progress on this loft conversion project, with the external walls now built up to joist level and the new loft space starting to take shape.

At this stage of the build, you can really begin to see the size and layout of the new floor coming together. The external masonry walls have been built up ready for the next stages of the loft construction, as we continue working towards forming the new floor structure, roof and internal spaces.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but getting to this point is a major step in transforming the existing property and creating valuable additional living space.

Loft conversions are a great way of maximising the space already available within a property — whether that means creating an additional bedroom, bathroom, home office or a completely new master suite.

We’ll be sharing more loft conversion updates as the structural work progresses and the transformation really starts to take shape. 🔨🏡

🏡 NEW KITCHEN RENOVATION | RAINHAM 🔨✨

Another huge transformation taking shape on our latest full house refurbishment project in Rainham! This brand-new kitchen forms part of a much larger 3-bedroom property renovation, with the whole house being completely refurbished and given a fresh new look from top to bottom.

For the new kitchen we’ve gone for a clean, modern finish while keeping the space practical and functional for everyday living. The herringbone layout gives the appearance and warmth of a timber floor while providing the durability and easy maintenance of porcelain tiles — perfect for a busy kitchen.
