Defined by thoughtful design, this Prime home is shaped by its surroundings, allowing the landscape and the legacy of the artists that inhabited Mougins to guide the atmosphere of the home. Layered materials, original Picasso pieces and antiques create a balance between old and new, while every detail has been carefully considered to enrich the experience of every stay.

Our first Prime home is in Mougins, in the South of France, famously the place where Pablo Picasso spent his final years. It felt like the natural setting for the debut of the Prime Collection.

Earlier this month, we welcomed to our Grand Pied à Terre in Cannes, a home tucked into one of the Côte d'Azur's most storied corners.

Late spring on the Riviera, the way it's meant to be lived: a bike ride scented with orange blossom, lunch with feet in the sand at La Petite Plage, afternoons among the Picassos at Fondation Maeght and the Musée Picasso, late dinners at Momo Michelangelo.
