As we near the end of the year, we wanted to look back at some of the great things taking place at Crayfields Park over the last couple of months!
From July to September, our community impact has been incredible:
🐝 Harvested 199 jars of honey from our three beehives, distributed freely to St Barnabus Community Fridge, Riverside School SEND Café and local schools
🎓 Celebrated our first SEND student completing his 80-hour supported internship programme, and securing two part-time landscaping jobs locally
🎨 Launched creative partnerships with Riverside School, including a 3D art project with padlock designs for our Bee Enclosure
🏢 Officially opened our newly refurbished Unit 21 with local MP Gareth Bacon and LB Bromley Councillors, showcasing sustainability and wellbeing features
🌊 Contributed personal time to improve wetland reed beds on the River Cray, supporting our unique chalk bed river ecosystem
💚 United our tenant community in fundraising for local primary schools, where over 60% of children live in poverty-stricken areas
Every initiative reflects our commitment to sustainability, community support, and making Bromley a better place for everyone. Here's to continuing this impact into 2026!
