Coming to the end of a roller coaster ride with my first rent2rent rodeo. Managing properties is hard enough but managing said properties remotely requires a totally different skills set. Juggling a full time teaching job over 3000 miles away, marking end of year assessments whilst checking in with the team on the ground for final touches is not for the faint hearted!

What I've learned so far:

⭐be patient and trust the process. Sometimes, things will be out of your control. Ride the waves.

⭐ get yourself a cleaner with an attention to detail. She picked on all the bits the handy man hadn't finished and dressed the rooms amazingly.

⭐have someone like on your team. This guy though based in Kent has done multiple 4 hour round trips to project manage my Limehouse property. The trust I have for him is unyielding. A true blessing.

Now for more hard and marketing these rooms to get rented!
