Did you know that UK regulations state that to be eligible for holiday let tax incentives, your holiday let must be fully furnished AND it must be rented out for at least 105 out of 210 days.

For a holiday let investor this means that choosing the right location is key to ensuring that you hit the 105 day threshold. Destinations with high tourist numbers, high footfall and close to tourist attractions always perform the best.

Examples include Newquay in Cornwall, which is home to Fistral beach a large UK surfing destination, Windermere which is located on Lake Windermere a popular destination for hikers and Bath which is famed for its Roman baths and historic architecture.
