Another day - another viewing!
This one had quite an industrial feel to it - nice layout and had the added bonus of a roof top garden / potential bar area! 🌳🍺
Sadly - parking was a bit of a nitemare and there were a few restrictions on how this could be advertised - so it's a no go!
Was good to take a nosey around though - never hurts to see what's on the market 👍

In my experience it's the little things that make a big difference, so hopefully everything has been set up perfectly for them to have an amazing stay and as they are the FIRST - we've treated them to a bottle of fizz and a card to wish them a great weekend 🥳

Words can't quite explain how happy I was to get the keys to my first deal (R2RSA in Manchester city centre) and not only that, but I had my mentor here visiting at the time too - so he was able to hand them over!
Now the real work really begins 😊

I might just need to get a bigger car as this property journey progresses!! 😂
