Possibly the most shared property on my feed… it’s not big, in fact it’s what you might call “bijou” but this studio in Wapping is still one of my favourite properties in my little portfolio. Located in the centre of Wapping, inside a Grade II listed building and only a few minutes walk to the Overground station and the eclectic independent shops on Wapping Lane. St Katharines Dock is approx a 15 walk away and a bit beyond that is the iconic Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Just checked the tenant out and it’s ready for the new lady moving in next week ! I feel so lucky to be able to work with not only the properties I love, but respectful and pleasant tenants, and amazing landlords who have complete trust in my expertise.It’s a winning combination.Enjoy the rest of your Sunday lovely lot.Much love Angelou
