Kosy Living submits plans for Watfordβs First Co Living Development: Following fifteen months of pre-application discussions Kosy Living and CKC properties have submitted plans to Watford Borough Council for their joint co-living scheme. The development will be for residential, business and public use.

This is to ensure that Kosy Co Livingβs internal communities and the building itself, will fully integrate into the local wider community in Watford.
