Our recent project is now complete and ready for the social housing partner we use to offer a safe, dry, and thoroughly updated home to a vulnerable local family.
This project was a “win win” situation for all parties involved. Here’s why -
1. The house was purchased with the help of a private investor who will be getting a much higher return than what the banks will give them.
2. All work was kept within the local area using all local trades people.
3. The property will be given to a local family via a social housing contract
4. The property will be overseen by a local letting agent.
5 Julian and myself now have a house which will increase in value overtime and give us a regular monthly income.
This was originally a two bedroom property with a very large bathroom.
We have added value to this property by re figuring and modernising the bathroom and adding a third bedroom.
A complete new central heating system was installed, electrical requiring throughout and Damp proofing was addressed (where needed) the Property was made watertight by capping the chimneys and a new modern kitchen added. Fireplaces were taken out of some of the rooms to maximise floor space, walls were skimmed, and painted with a feature wall added, and new flooring has been laid throughout.
We have replaced any blown windows and painted and tidied the front and rear gardens and elevations.
