We are a UK based relocation company, we work with employers and young professionals around the London and Surrey areas to find suitable accommodations/on a room-share basis.

We are looking to take on several properties that have one or more of the following:

• 4+ bedrooms (more bedrooms are better) on a company let basis for 3 years.

• HMO Licence (preferred)/Non-HMO Licence

• Asking rent of between £1500 - £3000

• Furnished (preferred)/Unfurnished

During the term of the tenancy all bills and the day-to-day maintenance will be covered by us.

We are also keen to look at properties that may need a face-lift or updating as we have a suitable team in place to carry out this work at our own expense.
