Another project underway with Jonathan Simpson.

This latest property is a perfect example of versatility. There isn't a massive amount of heavy structural work to do, making it an ideal candidate for two distinct exit strategies:

The Flip: A clean, efficient refurb with high-yield resale potential.

Serviced Accommodation: Perfectly located to target the lucrative contractor market for maximum occupancy.

Our role? No matter which route Jonathan chooses, we’ll be handling the full staging and styling strategy. If it goes down the SA route, we ensure the design is fully optimized to stand out, drive maximum bookings, and remain highly profitable from day one.
