Great service. They called me when they couldn’t find the address. I was told 3 people would be doing the move but there were 5 of them so needless to say that the 1 bed flat move was super quick and the guys were very efficient. They have the experienced and dont mess about.
They beat me to my new place but hopefully didnt wait too long. They helped me with my bags from the taxi. Unloading of the truck was as fast if not faster as the loading. They asked where to put the items and were really accommodating. All of them were smiling and really pleasant. Tips well deserved! Fantastic team. Would highly recommend

I used Planco’s services this Saturday. The two chaps that came and did the removal were excellent. Both efficient and helpful. All the furniture was wrapped and boxes handled with care. The estimate was correct and they worked within the three hour time a lot allocated. I went over this time because my sofa wouldn’t go up a second flight of stairs (un be-known to either parties). So the they took it to pieces and then rebuilt it. Good communication all round. Well done Planco your service was top notch as well as being well priced. Thank you
