Hey followers, the theme of the week for us is WINDOWS!

On our properties we have tried various combinations but we’re currently having these bays replaced with new UPvC windows and we think they work really well!

We’ve tried aluminium in the past and even though they look amazing they are less energy efficient and far too expensive for the whole property. The grey UPvC still gives a great modern look whilst still retaining heat in the property. We went for an anthracite grey wood grain finish and white in the inside with chrome handles.

Has anyone else gone for the same?

It was great to work with Paolo Baggio again from BGG Surveys who did a brilliant job with a Point Cloud Survey on our project in East London.

These 3D walk-throughs are infinitely more accurate and therefore enable us to work much more efficiently with our architect when planning complex extensions and dormers.
