This shop and uppers was acquired at auction earlier this year and was in serious need of renovation.

We’re in the process of converting this Commerical property into residential for working professionals.

New roof on the block!

The roof was in dire condition and needed replacing so it only made sense to add a couple of dormers and velux windows to make the most of the space available.

The team will now focus their attention to internal partitioning and make our vision a reality.

Yesterday, we completed the purchase of our next project!

We secured this property at last month and it’s only a 12 minute drive from our previous project in Theale.

We’re looking forward to transforming this site over the next few months.

Thank you to for the initial Matterport tour, which allowed our architect to carry out a feasibility study without having to visit the property.

Within a week of this former office being marketed, the team acted very swiftly to view, conduct a feasibility study, and following offer acceptance, submit plans to meet the April 21st deadline before national space standards came into effect.

With the early momentum, we were steamrolling ahead to a summer completion until we received correspondence of a covenant restricting residential conversion.

8 months, a CIL dispute and a deed of release later, we are pleased to say it was well worth the rollercoaster ride.

for helping us navigate through the complexities of the restricted covenant and getting the all important deed of release.

for their pre-project virtual tour which allowed our architect to quickly conduct a feasibility study without having to visit the site, especially given the tight deadlines we were up against, and also a beautiful post-completion tour to showcase the end product.

for delivering this amazing project, on time, and guidance from day one to make the vision possible.
