Second time's the charm!

Liana and Oli took on the Chiltern 50 Challenge in aid of Breast Cancer Now, through the Chiltern Hills from base camp in Henley-on-Thames.

Last time was quite the chaos. This time, they both crossed the finish line together, medals and all.

Thank you to everyone who sponsored them and supported breast cancer research and care. 🎗️

Some news from the office.

Liana will be joining the judging panel for the LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, now in its ninth year and recognising the best of the UK conveyancing sector.

The awards take place at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool on Thursday 20th November. Nominations are free, so if you know a firm, team or rising star who deserves recognition, now is the time to put them forward.

Oli went down to have a look and it's easy to see the appeal. It's one of the widest streets in the area, lined with trees that must be well over a hundred years old.

This will be our fourth sale on this street within the last year. We sold the place next door, and the neighbours liked the job we did so much that they're now bringing their own flat to market with us.

The location has plenty going for it too. Notting Hill is just down the road, Maida Vale station is close by, and around the corner is The Hero, a great local pub run by the team who previously owned The Pelican in Notting Hill.
