Works Process as follows πŸ‘‡.

➑️All walls,Ceilings & Woodwork Completely dustless sanded as standard!, our dustless system is 98% dust free, creating minimal mess, and as we all know dust gets everywhere!. We majority use dustless power sanders as this removes as much old material/paint as possible creating a perfect smooth surface for prep & new paint application. After sanding is complete, all defects, snots and imperfections are removed. Once sanded all surfaces are tacked (Complete Dust Removal).
➑️When sanding is complete, preparation can begin, filling using nothing but professional products, and designated products for long lasting effect, designated fillers for walls and woodwork, including caulks. This is completed until all surfaces are smooth and flush ready for paint.
▢️Room/Area products and paint are always discussed prior to quotation to meet clients needs and also to meet clients budgets. Durable? Freshen up? Tight budget? We meet all needs. Products for this works is listed below πŸ‘‡.
▢️ Once Room is completed, client has 2 weeks to advise us of any snagging requirements so we can return and complete.
▢️All areas are cleaned daily whilst work commence also any areas we have needed to access.

Exterior Decoration & Cladding. πŸ‘πŸ β˜€οΈβ›…οΈ.

The Exterior of this property was in desperate need of some love πŸ‘ŒπŸ».

Porch Canopy which was originally failing wooden ply has been given a new anti maintenance look with brand new PVCU cladding on front and underneath.

All flat walls has had old flaking paint removed, loose render removed, all filled and caulked and finished in sandtex Exterior Matt Sand Stone. Any wood work fully prepped and finished in Exterior Satin White.

To finish off all soffits and fascia’s have been cleaned 🧽 to match fresh new look πŸ‘πŸ».

Bespoke Wardrobe Design, Build & Spray Finish. All on site with client’s specifications. πŸ‘–πŸ‘—πŸ§¦.

This wardrobe was built on site to clients ideas and requirements.

Built to fit exactly with a void area in a master bedroom, Client decided they only wanted hanging space for clothing, a simple design with shaker style doors and 2x dressing mirrors…. So that’s what we completed.

Complete wardrobes, Framing & Doors built on site. Perfect for the client so any adjustments can be made simply, also seeing their ideas come to life.

Once wardrobes are built, wardrobes have been fully prepped and sprayed finish in satin white 😍.

Chrome rails installed with soft close hinges, 2x bespoke mirrors also installed after decoration.

Finished off with handles to match existing ironmongery around the property.

All complete and another happy satisfied client πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ€™πŸ».

Property Entrance Gates Full Decoration Complete! 😍πŸšͺ

All 3 Entrance Gates to this stunning property was in desperate need of a full strip back, given some full love and a splash of personal colour πŸ€™πŸ».

Wow! What a change! Turning these gates, 1x set of electric opening Door gate, 1x Electric Roller Long gate & 1x Public Entrance gate, From an original install with a industrial feel and view to a more personal, bespoke Decoration.

All gates had a complete sand down, repairs to loose wooden panels, filling and caulking and decoration to last for years!

All metal work finished in Zinnser All-coat with 4x coats mixed to a specific RAL Colour chosen by the client.
Wooden under panels (tongue & Groove) primed and undercoated and finished in Zinnser All-coat Pure Brilliant white.

A massive change giving a warm homely entrance πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ€ŒπŸ».

Utility Room had suffered some water damage to certain areas from work completed above πŸ‘†πŸ» πŸ’¦πŸŒŠ.

All walls & Ceilings were fully dustless sanded, prepped & caulked. Stained areas sealed with BIN. Then completed with 3x Coats of Ceramic 3 in White.

Skirtings & Door Frame, fully prepped & Finished in MSP Pure Brilliant White.

Utility Room now returned to beautiful spotless White! ✨✨

βœ…All walls, Ceilings & Woodwork filled and caulked, filled up to 3 times and fine filled.
βœ… Walls Coated with Optiva 5 & Ceilings Coated with AR2 🀌🏻.
βœ…Woodwork Finished in WB Satinwood White including Primer & Undercoat.
βœ…Complete Area fully protected whilst works commence and once complete while area fully cleaned 🧽

Now all ready for any snagging issues if required by client & Ready to be Snug as a Bug in a snug 🐜.

A complete change is an understatement 😍.
A massive challenge for this works but turner out to be stunning in the end 🀌🏻.

Here’s what we did πŸ‘‡πŸ».

βœ… 8x Downlights installed on 2 separate switches.
βœ… ceiling chases for new cabling completed also all cable chasing for all cabling of surround sound and projector.
βœ…Complete Decoration, all walls dustless sanded, Sealed and prepped due to previous poor preparation. Filled, and finished in quality premium paints.
βœ…feature wall installed with hidden cabling for all cabling features.
