💥📣 Francis and Friends were my estate agent for selling my house, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I mainly worked with Nathan, and from start to finish he was absolutely fantastic, professional, considerate, and genuinely invested in providing the best possible service.

Nathan only arranged viewings with serious buyers who were fully prepared and had everything in place, which made the process so much smoother and less stressful. He was also incredibly considerate of my children and their needs, making sure viewing times were suitable and being sensitive to how emotional it can be to have strangers in your home.

When it came to pricing and negotiations, Nathan was both fair and realistic. His advice was always honest and balanced, and it was clear that he takes real pride in giving a personalised service, something that is almost impossible to find with larger estate agents these days. As the business owner, he treats every client with care, and it really shows.

The marketing of the property was also first class, with professional photos and videos that truly highlighted the home in the best possible way. His fee structure is also excellent value for the quality of service provided.

Although I wasn’t able to purchase one of the properties he had listed (they were outside of my budget), I would not hesitate to buy through Nathan in the future. He is extremely fair and professional on both sides of the process, which gives you real confidence whether you are selling or buying.

I would not hesitate to recommend Frances and Friends to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. A rare gem in today’s property market!
