As an Account Manager at Optimal Maintenance, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with our clients, property management companies, and block management entities.

-Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our clients, property management companies, and block management entities
-Tenant Communication: Act as the main liaison between our clients and their tenants, addressing maintenance requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with our team of maintenance engineers to schedule and execute necessary repairs and upkeep efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
-Quoting and Invoicing: Provide clients with accurate and swift quotes, ensuring efficiency in our operations.
-Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any challenges or concerns raised by clients, tenants, or maintenance engineers, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
