I have begun! Yikes! Suing the NHS! Literally THE NHS! Not on my bingo sheet but 🤷🏼‍♀️ This won’t be fun! I’m up against proper lawyers! F**k! Wish me luck! I’ve only been located here for 5 minutes and I’m jointly suing THE NHS! And my former GP and my current emergency GP all jointly in a civil claim for discrimination, tort of intentional harm, tort of emotional distress, medical negligence, discrimination contrary to the Equality Act and libel.

Claims against:
The hospital
Ex GP
Current GP
NHS Trust both primary care and hospital trust
The literal NHS itself
And a specific named GP
If I can find the name of the silly must have been junior doctor who s**t himself when I became unresponsive and thought I had an opioid overdose where it was just a severe POTS attack and woke up to a whole crash team who ripped my Fentanyl patch off, refused a cover dose of morphine and left me in severe instant opioid withdrawal after 6 years being on opioids!

I hate doing this, I don’t want to do this but they leave me no choice. I’m not here to be abused or maltreated. Litigation is all I have left.

I don't honesty understand how people let themselves get horribly morbidly obese. I don't mean a bit overweight/chubby but a beached whale with little spindly legs sticking out. When I get overweight I get unhappy! Going up a size in clothes is annoying! A girl in hospital must have a BMI in the high 30s she's only young. How does it even happen. Worse her family are all similar so I'd say it was a learnt behaviour as a child to over eat.
