📣 We are looking for a friendly, approachable person to work in the coffee shop side of our estate agency x cafe hybrid in East Putney ASAP!

Barista experience preferred but not essential - training provided ☕️

Willingness to chat property and be a team/family with the agency side, and a strong level of English is a must! 🏘

Flexible hours
Approx 18 hours per week - weekdays

No need to dress up, but on occasion you might want to 😆

Leah founded LMA in 2015, before opening the high street agency x cafe you see now, just 3 months ago

But so what else..?

➡️ Leah didn't want to go to university after a-levels, she wanted to get to work!
Later thinking she wanted to become a Barrister, she did all of her studies part-time in her 20s whilst working (for others) in property full-time before thinking well actually, she loved property after all 🏘
➡️ Every child should learn chess! Chess is great for developing game theory, forward-thinking and a strategic mind♟️
➡️ Always hands-on, Leah spent every spare moment for 3 months renovating the space you see now at LMA Property - come and check it out for yourself!

💙 Her favourite thing about working at LMA?
The space we've created is truly a pleasure to come to everyday - she doesn't miss WFH at all when she gets to see the coffee customers, the property customers and the fusion of it all which is forever evolving 🌎
