This development struggled until the presentation changed.

The specification was strong.
The location was solid.
The pricing was in line with comparable schemes.

But the marketing imagery wasn’t doing the project justice.
Empty rooms felt smaller than they were.
Layouts weren’t immediately clear.
There was no visual cue to the intended standard of finish.

Enquiries were steady — but not converting.
We reworked the visuals using defined layouts, corrected the scale, and balanced the composition.

Nothing about the build changed.
Only the way it was presented.

Perception shifted.
Buyer confidence increased.
Decision time shortened.
Sometimes the issue isn’t the product.
