**One sale… two very happy new beginnings. ❤️🔑**

These are the moments that make my job so rewarding.

I had the absolute pleasure of selling this lovely couple’s flat, enabling them to make their onward move and, as you can see, they now have the keys to their beautiful new home. 🏡🥂

They were genuinely a dream to work with from start to finish. Their flat was presented impeccably for every single viewing, they were always responsive, and whether it was surveys, access or repeat viewings, nothing was ever too much trouble.

But there’s another happy ending to this story too…

The lovely first-time buyer who bought their flat was equally great to work with. And, as is completely understandable when you’re buying your very first home, there were a few return visits — sometimes with different members of the family in tow! 😊 Buying your first property is a huge decision and sometimes you just need that extra bit of reassurance that you’ve found *the one*.

I’m delighted to say he’s now settled in and very happy in his new home too.

So one successful sale, one very happy first-time buyer, and one lovely couple able to move on to their next chapter.
