Established in 1998 we specialize in providing studio apartments in Central and West London. We have experienced, friendly staff who will help you find a suitable flat. We have an in house maintenance team looking after all our properties and dealing with all repairs and technical issues that may arise during your tenancy. As representatives of the Landlords we have a vested interest in the upkeep

of our flats. We have a range of single and double studios, the majority of which are self-contained offering you a high level of privacy and comfort. The rent includes the following bills: electricity, water and heating. We provide free broadband internet and free selected sky and digital channels. All the studio flats are fully furnished and the package comes with:
- LCD TVs;
- Free sky Channels including Sky Sport 1;
- Free Internet and in selected studios Free ultra fast 100 mega bite internet broadband;
Air Conditioning in selected studios. Security is paramount, and all buildings are equipped with CCTV in the common areas, electronic FOB Key Entry System at the main door and high security locks for each apartment door.

Booking a studio in London shouldn't feel like a project. 👀

We know that a lot of people searching for a flat in London have been through the process of arranging viewings that don't show up, listings that look nothing like the photos, and landlords who take days to respond to a basic question.

We try to make it as simple as possible. You can arrange a viewing through our website, we respond quickly, and the studios look like they do in the photos. And if you can't make it in person, we offer video viewings too.

Hampstead in the summer is hard to beat. 🌳

Flat 31 on Finchley Road is a lower ground floor studio in a period property that's well finished, self-contained and fully furnished, with wood flooring, a full open-plan kitchen and an en-suite.

A spacious studio in Pimlico with a few things you don't usually get. 👀

Flat 03 on Gloucester Street has a separate fitted kitchen rather than an open-plan one, and it comes with its own washing machine inside the flat. For anyone who's ever had to plan their week around shared laundry facilities, that last one is worth knowing about.

There's also air conditioning, wood floors, an en-suite with heated towel rail, and a dining table with proper chairs rather than just a breakfast bar. Electricity, water and heating all included, free WiFi already set up.

Pimlico station is five minutes on foot for the Victoria line. Victoria station is ten minutes away. The Thames is a seven minute walk, and Buckingham Palace, the Tate and Westminster are all nearby.

Hope you had a good bank holiday weekend. Was a bit warm, wasn't it? 🥵

We're a bit biased, but London is one of the best cities in the world. But it can just be a lot when it's hot. Sticky commutes, stuffy offices, and then coming home to a flat that's been baking in the sun all day.
