The difference between someone looking for an opportunity and someone being looked for by companies is like the difference between waiting in a long queue for your turn… and having your name on the VIP list at the door — when you arrive, they open up and welcome you in.

The problem is, most people think they’re playing the game right. They make an AI-generated CV thinking it’s “wow,” polish their profile, throw in a few cliché words like “Dynamic” and “Result-Oriented,” and then wait for results that never come.
Their voice gets lost in the noise — millions are doing the exact same thing.
And of course, when everyone looks the same, supply goes up, demand goes down, prices drop, and competition gets bloody.
