Looking for someone who can assist with as many property management related tasks as possible.

Eg cleaning, painting, simple DIY, key collection, key handover, inspections etc.

All properties based in S London.

We are a property management company, managing over 100 properties in South London.

Looking for an individual with a driving license (car/van can be provided) to do general property maintenance tasks such as:

- Cleaning after tenants leave
- Key collection/handover to leaving/arriving tenants
- DIY tasks such as resiliconing baths, painting walls, repairing flush mechanisms, fixing minor leaks, clearing blocked drains
- Moving furniture between properties
etc.

Initially 3 days per week; can increase to full-time.
