Pura shower running too hot and temperature dial stuck.
Stripped down the mixer tap and soaked the cartridge in limescale remover to clean up, but solid.
Ordered new part for next day delivery fitted and repaired.

Home clearing yesterday! No rest for the wicked. All good at Churchfields waste disposal except they wouldn’t accept this calor gas bottle (inherited from a family member).

A few phone calls later and Polhill, Sevenoaks were happy to take it p.s they do a good sausage roll too!

Hi, I'm Phil — a reliable, professional handyman covering Bromley and the surrounding areas of South East London.

I work with portfolio landlords, property management companies, serviced accommodation operators, HMO landlords and managers, and estate agents — property professionals who need a dependable pair of hands they can call on again and again, without the hassle of chasing unreliable trades.

I keep properties tenant- and guest-ready and help you turn them around fast.

Jobs I take on include:

Flat pack furniture assembly
TV mounting
Curtain poles, blinds and shelving
Lock changes
Basic plumbing
Basic electrical work
Appliance installation

If something needs a closer look, I'll diagnose it properly. And if it turns out to be beyond a handyman job, I'll tell you straight and point you towards the appropriate trade for a solution — saving you wasted call-outs and guesswork.

In this line of work, reliability and reputation are everything. When you book me in, the job gets done.
