I'm Milad, director of Harglen & Co — a property
management firm based right here in Tower Hamlets.

EICR, EPC), tenant find, and full management —

A few things that might be useful to know, especially
if you're managing in Tower Hamlets:

🏠 The Selective Licensing scheme in Whitechapel,
Weavers, Spitalfields & Banglatown, and Stepney Green
is set to expire on 30 September 2026 — no renewal
announced yet. If your licence is due for renewal
soon, worth getting ahead of it.

🏢 HMO licensing (Additional or Mandatory) is
borough-wide, and Article 4 has applied across
Tower Hamlets since 2021 — so any new HMO conversion
needs planning permission first.
