This Sunday I will be taking part in The AJ Bell Half Marathon in Manchester.

The date falls on what would have been my Dads 54th birthday who I lost 12 years ago when I was 16 from a long battle with cancer.

After training all year I am looking forward to participating and am raising funds towards the Helen Rowland Charity who personally worked with my family and others offering treatment to cancer patients.

Happy to say our website is now updated and solely Lesley Land & Commercial Ltd focused.

We pay homage to the residential portfolio under the 'Residential' tab but Lesley Homes Lets (Formerly Lesley Homes Ltd) is no longer trading; with landlords returning to the lucrative student market and end of contracts we have decided not to continue with the R2R model - for now anyway.

Personally, it is very nice not having tenants to manage and instead having clients to keep updated with instructions as well as vendors to keep in the loop about how the sale and marketing is progressing.
