Blackheath, south east London.
An infill site where planning required a house of architectural merit. The answer was a modernist build in glass and Cotswold stone, reached via a country style lane in the middle of south east London.
A double height void at the centre of the plan brings light deep into the house, with glass balustrades to the two bedroom wings above.
