Location House London is an Edwardian terraced house based in Tooting Bec, London SW17. The house retains many period features and is decorated in a contemporary style. It has 4 bedrooms, a sitting room, a kitchen/ dining space, a utility room, a bathroom, an ensuite shower room and a downstairs WC. All of the furniture downstairs, including the kitchen island and refrigerator, is fitted with cast
ors so that it is very easy to clear or rearrange rooms. The kitchen island is fitted with an LPG-fuelled five-burner hob, so that it can be moved to gain the best camera angle and yet is still a fully-functioning gas hob. The Hob can be removed to reveal a large plain wooden worktop for product shots. We have a large collection of pots, pans and utensils available for shoot props. The walls and cabinets are painted in Farrow & Ball or Little Greene paints, and can be repainted to any colour, by prior arrangement. The small front garden can be used to light-through with HMI's, and the larger rear garden can also accommodate HMI's and other film equipment. Parking is on-street, and it is usually possible to get very close to the front door. All-day parking permits are available at nominal cost, or meters are nearby for shorter stays. Tooting Bec Undergroud Station is a few minutes walk away, and Balham BR station is also nearby. There are numerous local shops, including Sainsbury's, Waitrose, M&S, Tesco as well as many local Mediterranean and Asian food stores. We are used to accommodating shoot crews ranging from one lone photographer for half-a-day, to a fifty-strong TV crew for a week, and we aim to do whatever possible to ensure a successful shoot.
